The Supreme Court’s ruling in June, 2015, legalizing gay marriage for the entire country (ruling by a slim majority that the Constitution guarantees a right to same-sex marriage), puts Churches in a position where they must clarify (in detail) their views on marriage to protect them from the threat of wrongful government intrusion on the practice of their faith.
